Starting from June 17, 2025, TikTok Shop Philippines has adjusted the recovery period of violation points from the original 180 calendar days to 90 calendar days. Tiktok Shop Violation points are given to merchants who violate our policies and guidelines. The number of Violation Points assigned reflects the gravity and impact of the offense. From June 17, 2025, violation points will be reset every 90 calendar days from the date of issue.
TikTok Shop violation points work as follows briefly:
The Seller's "Shop Health" page shows milestones at 12, 24, 36, and 48 Violation Points. These are the TikTok Shop Violation Point Milestones.
Sellers will receive cautions about 5 points before reaching each milestone. If your total Violation Points exceeds any of these thresholds, your account will be subject to the following enforcement actions.

TikTok Shop violation points are earned by engaging in acts that violate community norms or product policies. These behaviors include producing low-quality information, using misleading or deceptive techniques, advertising prohibited or restricted products, and engaging in fraudulent or unlawful activity. Violations can result in a variety of repercussions, such as warnings, point accumulation, account suspension, or permanent ban.

If you receive a notice or warning of infringement and believe we made an error, you may appeal or dispute the claim by raising a ticket/appeal in the Seller Center.
(1) Under the "Violation Records" tab, click on the "Appeal" button to file an appeal
(2) Once you have submitted your appeal, you can click on "Appeal Details" to monitor its status

What are TikTok Shop Violation Points?

TikTok Shop violation points work as follows briefly:
- When a seller violates the platform policy, he will be penalized with corresponding violation points;
- The number of violation points will be allocated according to the severity of the violation and its impact;
- When the accumulated violation points reach a certain threshold, the platform will take corresponding penalty measures;
- Unless the seller's accumulated violation points reach 48 points, the points generated by each violation will be automatically cleared after 90 calendar days.
